This Gala is also our main fundraising event for 2024! You too can support your local community by joining us on this special night.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We are excited to invite you to partner with us for this year’s inaugural “Night of Dreams Gala” for the Berkshire Dream Center. This event will be held on Friday, June 14th at 6:00pm at Berkshire Hills Country Club in Pittsfield. For this memorable evening, guests will take a walk down the red carpet, enjoy hors d'oeuvres and dinner, listen to music by a Grammy nominated artist, be inspired by guest speakers, participate in a silent auction, receive giveaways, have their pictures professionally taken in our photo booth, and much more. We would love you to partner with us for this momentous event! You can help to support the Night of Dreams Gala by becoming one of our Gala Underwriters or by making a donation for the silent auction that will be held at the Gala. 

    Did you know that the Berkshire Dream Center serves over 9,000 people a year through our various programs? We are located in the Morningside Community that is classified by the USDA as a “food desert”. Every month, we are able to distribute over 14,400 pounds of food and help over 1,600 people through our various food programs alone. Our mission statement is “Find a need and fill it, find a hurt and heal it.” We seek to restore hope, rebuild lives, and help others realize their dreams. We have been able to see lives transformed and have helped those that we serve move from just surviving to now thriving. 

    This Gala will enable us to raise the funds needed to continue the life changing work we do all throughout Berkshire County through the variety of services that we offer.  Some of our free services include: Berkshire County’s only restaurant-style soup kitchen (Bright Morningstar Kitchen) that serves three course meals, Market-style food pantry (Daily Bread Market), Mobile Food Trucks, Clothing & hygiene items, Men’s residential recovery program, Project Prevention: Reuniting & keeping families together by providing furniture, Back To School Giveaway, Thanksgiving & Christmas Programs, Adopt A Block, Homeless outreach, helping children who are recovered from human trafficking and more. We depend on the generosity of individuals, businesses, and organizations to provide our services free of cost to those who need it the most. 

    I would like to invite you to partner with us as a Gala Underwriter or by making a donation for the silent auction for this evening.  As a Gala Underwriter, you have the opportunity to support the incredible work of the Berkshire Dream Center by assuring that 100% of the donations given at the Gala can be used to support the work taking place because event expenses are covered beforehand.  

     The estimated cost of this year’s Gala that includes everything for this evening is $20,000.00.  Your tax deductible gift will help cover these expenses and any amount is greatly appreciated. Below are four suggested sponsorship levels for this year’s Gala. 

DIAMOND MEDALLION: $10,000

Recognition at dinner, opportunity to speak at the event, social media promotion, logo on screen at event and on program page. Includes a table reserved for 10 at the event and guests may also sit near our VIP tables with our founders, guest speaker and Grammy nominated award artist. 

PLATINUM MEDALLION: $5,000

Social media promotion, logo on the screen at the event and on the program page. Includes up to 5 invitations to the Gala. 

GOLD MEDALLION: $2,500

Social media promotion, logo on screen during event and on program page. Includes up to 2 invitations to the Gala. 

SILVER MEDALLION: $1,000

Social media promotion, logo on screen during event and on program page. 

For this evening we are also looking for items for our Silent Auction. If you have an item, experience, or other donation that you think would be perfect for the auction, please email kminerbdc@gmail with the information for your gift.
